• Complete Results From Tonight’s SmackDown
– Tonight’s SmackDown kicked off with The Bloodline celebrating Roman Reigns’ latest accomplishment – becoming the longest reigning Universal Champion of all time.
Seth Rollins interrupted said he will soon end Roman’s title run and claimed The Usos are responsible for Roman still being Champion, just like he and ‘Mox’ did back in the day.
Seth issued a challenge tonight for The Usos to face him and Kevin Owens, and if The Usos lose they are banned from ringside during the Universal Title match at Royal Rumble 2022.
Roman said he wants to raise the stakes and if Seth and Kevin lose, then Seth loses his Universal Title match. Seth accepted the stipulation.
– Kofi Kingston def. Madcap Moss (After the match, Big E took out Moss with a Big Ending)
– Aliyah def. Natalya via DQ (After the match, Natalya continued to attack Aliyah, but Xia Li made the save)
– Former WWE Diva Summer Rae was shown at ringside. She will compete in the Women’s Royal Rumble match.

– The Viking Raiders def. Los Lotharios
– Charlotte Flair (c) def. Naomi to retain the SmackDown Women’s Championship (Sonya Deville was the special guest referee and called for the bell when Charlotte locked Naomi into a submission, despite Naomi not tapping out)
– Sami Zayn said Johnny Knoxville used to test weapons on himself and now he will do it as well to show he’s tougher. Johnny came out, and said something is off, and demanded to see the weapon. Johnny pointed out someone forgot to turn it on and then shocked Sami with a cattle prod then tossed him over the top rope.
– WWE Hall Of Famer Eric Bischoff gave advice to Adam Pearce regarding leadership. Pearce then told Sonya Deville that what she’s doing to Naomi can’t go on, and booked Sonya vs. Naomi for next week’s SmackDown.
– Sheamus def. Ricochet
– Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura & Rick Boogs met WWE Hall Of Famer Jeff Jarrett backstage.
– Seth Rollins & Kevin Owens def. SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos via DQ when Roman Reigns interfered and laid out Rollins with a Superman Punch (The Usos are now banned from ringside during the Universal Title match at the Royal Rumble)

On this day in Pro Wrestling history on January 21, 1997, Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling aired ‘WCW Clash Of The Champions 34’ LIVE on TBS from the Wisconsin Center Arena in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
This was the second to last Clash of the Champions ever, as WCW ended the series with #35 later that year.
