• Conflicting Reports Regarding Mickie James’ WWE Status
After recovering from a torn ACL injury, Mickie James showed up on RAW a couple of months ago, and got forced out of action again after suffering a broken nose on an episode of RAW.
She last wrestled on the September 21, 2020 episode of RAW against Zelina Vega. James wasn’t picked by any brand during the Draft back in October, and is currently a free agent.
During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer commented on James’ status.
He said, “I guess so [they retired Mickie James] because they listed her as one of the Legends and she hasn’t been back. So, yeah that’s what it seems like.”
However, Gary Cassidy of Inside The Ropes reports otherwise.
According to their report, James has been cleared to wrestle since October and is still an active performer.
James appeared on this week’s Legends Night episode of RAW.
