Shane McMahon’s 19-year-old son Declan McMahon recently appeared ringside at the Fastlane premium live event, where he was holding the Indiana University custom WWE Championship and was present along with his Indiana teammates.
He was recently interviewed by WU Online. Below are the highlights from this interview:
If he’ll wrestle in WWE one day:
“When you’ve come up in this business and seen it… I’m never ruling it out. I would love to get in the ring, maybe a couple of times. You have to see if the opportunity presents itself. It’s all about the story. But, we’ll see.”
If he watches AEW and IMPACT Wrestling:
“I don’t watch that crap.”
If he prefers his grandfather Vince McMahon with or without the mustache:
“Non-mustache Vince! 100%. 100% non-mustache Vince.”
Declan is currently a freshman running back at Indiana University. He added that he thinks he’d be a good in-ring performer and fans would get behind him.
