1. Vince McMahon Cancels Plans For a Double Turn At Survivor Series 2015
According to reports, WWE Creative Team pitched a Double-Turn scenario to Vince McMahon for Survivor Series 2015, where Seth Rollins would’ve turned babyface & Roman Reigns would’ve turned heel (this was before Rollins got injured at a WWE Live Event).
Even though the Creative Team pitched this idea with detailed future plans and storylines, Vince McMahon noted he wasn’t interested at all in turning Reigns heel.
Putting the Title on Sheamus at Survivor Series 2015 was decided only a few hours before the show as Vince didn’t want the fans to boo Reigns when he’s the Champion. Vince feels Reigns is being viewed as a guy who is picked by the WWE officials to be the next “#1 Star”.
The idea is for the Authority to screw Reigns over and over so he gains the sympathy of the fans and goes over.
