• Edge Is Pushing For A Match Against Former WWE Champion

According to the Wrestling Observer, Men’s Royal Rumble 2021 winner Edge has been pushing to get a match against Daniel Bryan this year.

No word yet on when this is going to be happen, but Edge will most likely get his wish as he has a lot of influence backstage.

As a matter of fact, it was his own idea to win the Royal Rumble match and go after a Title at WrestleMania (instead of the originally planned match against Randy Orton), which Vince McMahon liked and that’s what’s going to happen.

Edge revealed his wish to face Bryan in a match during a recent interview with CBS Sports as well.

Here’s what the Rated R Superstar said:

“I’d love to do an Iron Man [Match] with Daniel Bryan. There’s just so much talent I would love to get in with.

It’s just really fun for me because I see them get wide-eyed because we’re having this cool, special moment, and I want more of those.”
