Thunder Rosa is expected to return to AEW soon, as she has been cleared after recovering from a concussion.
Rosa disclosed the injury during a recent appearance on Busted Open Radio, mentioning that she would need a few weeks to recover.
Though unconfirmed, it is believed she sustained the concussion during her August 31st four-way match against Serena Deeb, Queen Aminata, and Hikaru Shida.
Rosa, 38, has faced a challenging couple of years, having been out of action for 16 months due to a back injury.
She made her return in late December 2023 and has been a regular competitor since,
most recently finishing a feud with Deonna Purrazzo with a victory in a bullrope match on Collision.
This week, Rosa participated in Hispanic Heritage Month by throwing out the first pitch at a San Diego Padres MLB game.
She made her All Elite Wrestling debut on the August 22, 2020 episode of AEW Dynamite.
