• Former Champion Could Return At Survivor Series 2022
Survivor Series 2022 will take place this Saturday night and two War Games matches will take place at this premium live event.
In the Women’s War Games match, Damage Control (Bayley and WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Dakota Kai & IYO SKY), Nikki Cross & Rhea Ripley will take on RAW Women’s Champion Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss, Asuka, Mia Yim & a mystery member.
According to Fightful Select, there were discussions at one point to have former Women’s Champion Becky Lynch return as the mystery member of Bianca’s team:
“Lynch was discussed and planned as the fifth partner in the Survivor Series War Games match that has been speculated for quite some time. As is often the case in pro wrestling, creative plans can absolutely change.
Several members of the new WWE regime are excited to work with Becky without her being under the auspices of Vince McMahon’s booking.”
Becky separated her shoulder during her loss to Bianca Belair at SummerSlam. She turned babyface after the match when Bayley, IYO & Dakota confronted Bianca.
