• Former TNA World Heavyweight Champion Claims WWE Stole His Ideas In 2020

Former TNA World Heavyweight Champion EC3 (Ethan Carter III) was interviewed on the ‘Wrestling Outlaws’ podcast, where he claimed that WWE stole the ideas for RAW Underground & the RETRIBUTION stable from him.

RAW Underground was a no-ring fight club type of (worked) shoot-fight style wrestling on WWE Monday Night RAW in 2020, but it didn’t last long.

RETRIBUTION was a faction that lasted from August 2020 until March 2021, consisting of T-Bar (Dominik Dijakovic), Mustafa Ali, Mace, Slapjack (Shane Thorne), Retaliation (Mercedes Martinez) & Reckoning (Mia Yim).

Here’s what EC3 had to say:

“The two things they stole from Control Your Narrative and my little video! Like, pull back in time and watch my original Control Your Narrative, my original little narrative, and watch RAW Underground and watch RETRIBUTION.

A bunch of guys in hoods, walking around, real tough, causing mayhem. Where did I see that before? Oh yeah, Control Your Narrative on YouTube.”
