• Former WWE Champion Hopes To Get Inducted Into The Hall Of Fame This Year

WWE originally announced “The Animal” Batista as the headliner of the WWE Hall Of Fame Class Of 2020.

However, the Hall Of Fame ceremony didn’t take place in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Hall Of Fame Class Of 2020 & 2021 were inducted together in 2021, but Batista wasn’t inducted as he couldn’t appear due to his Hollywood commitments. So, he requested WWE to postpone his induction to a later date and WWE obliged.

At the premiere of his latest movie “Knock at the Cabin”, ComicBook asked Batista about his pending WWE Hall Of Fame induction.

Batista said he’s hoping to get inducted this year:

“I hope so, but I can’t say for sure. I can say that I’m trying. I am trying.”

Below are Batista’s major accomplishments in WWE:

– 2x WWE Champion

– 4x World Heavyweight Champion

– 3x World Tag Team Champion

– 1x WWE Tag Team Champion

– 2x Royal Rumble Winner (2005 & 2014)

– 2x WrestleMania Main Eventer (WrestleMania 21 in 2005 & WrestleMania 30 in 2014)
