2. Big Match Not Happening At SummerSlam 2017, Match Saved For WrestleMania 34

As we saw on this week’s episode of Raw, Kurt Angle’s “controversial secret” ended up being former SmackDown Tag Team Champion Jason Jordan being revealed as his son.

The general belief was that Angle’s secret would have to do something with Stephanie McMahon and that this angle would’ve lead to Triple H returning for a match with Angle at SummerSlam 2017. But with that not being the case at all, Triple H vs. Kurt Angle won’t be taking place at SummerSlam 2017.

However, this doesn’t mean that Triple H vs. Kurt Angle will never happen. WWE is now sticking with their original plan of saving Angle’s big in-ring return in WWE for WrestleMania 34 and that’s where he’s scheduled to face the 14 time World Champion, Triple H.
