Below are a couple of top WWE news stories of the day.
• WWE has officially sold its iconic Titan Towers headquarters, marking the end of an era. The move to a new 400,000-square-foot headquarters, capable of accommodating over 800 employees, was part of a long-term plan delayed by the pandemic. WWE began transitioning to the new facility in 2023 before listing Titan Towers for sale in September 2024.
According to CTInsider, real estate firm MB Financial Group purchased Titan Towers for $3.75 million, with plans to convert the 90,000-square-foot space, originally built in 1981, into apartments. The property also includes 300 parking spaces. Sports Illustrated had previously valued the building at $18 million in 2023.
WWE’s lease for its new HQ extends for 16.5 years, with options for five additional five-year renewals. This follows WWE’s sale of its Hamilton Avenue production facility for $7.5 million in December 2024. WWE first moved into Titan Towers in 1985, solidifying its place as a recognizable symbol of the company’s global brand.
During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, WWE used Titan Towers to host the Money In The Bank PLE.
