• Former WWE United States Champion Recently Negotiated With AEW
According to the Wrestling Observer, former WWE United States Champion Andrade recently had talks with AEW about possibly joining the company in the near future.
Andrade recently joined the AAA promotion and challenged AEW World Champion, Impact World Champion and AAA Mega Champion Kenny Omega at AAA’s TripleMania XXIX event for the Mega Title. Omega replied that he needs some time to think about it.
Regarding Andrade’s immediate future, he will team up with ROH Champion Rush, Bestia del Ring and a mystery partner to take on PJ Black, Matt Taven and two mystery partners in an 8-man tag team match in Federación Wrestling in Mexico on June 19.
After that, he is scheduled to face former WWE Champion Alberto Del Rio in McAllen, Texas on July 31.
