On this day in 2014, we lost Old School WCW Veteran Sean O’Haire (Real name: Sean Christopher Haire) when he committed suicide at the age of 43.

Trained at WCW’s own Wrestling School, the WCW Power Plant, Sean had his televised debut on WCW TV in mid-2000 and soon became a member of the ‘Natural Born Thrillers’ stable.

When WCW was bought by Vince McMahon in 2001, so was O’Haire’s contract.

He left the WWE in 2004 and got into MMA, where he held a 4-2 record.

• Former WWE Wrestler Teases Being The Woman In The Vignette On SmackDown

As seen on last week’s SmackDown, WWE teased a new female wrestler joining SmackDown, as a vignette aired featuring a woman, which mainly focused on her legs.

Former WWE wrestler Eva Marie replied to WWE’s video of the vignette on Twitter, which led to fans speculating that she could be the one in the vignette.

She wrote:

“Legs for dayssss 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥”

Eva Marie was a part of the blue brand before being released from WWE in 2017. She recently stated in an interview that she’s not done as a wrestler and could return to WWE at some point as she has “unfinished business”.
