• Former WWF Champion Signs A New WWE Legends Contract

Former WWF Champion Mick Foley has signed a new Legends contract with WWE, due to which his merch will no longer be available on Pro Wrestling Tees after this month.

Below is what Foley had to say about this:

“Hello everyone, it’s ‘The Hardcore Legend’ Mick Foley and I just want to explain why my merchandise will not be available through Pro Wrestling Tees after July 31.

There is no heat or friction — I still have a great relationship with Pro Wrestling Tees. It just comes down to signing a new Legends agreement with WWE that does give them the exclusive on T-shirts.

In the meantime, the Socko Sale is still taking place in November. The Four Cheeses of Foley pizza is still available through Powerbomb Pizza. Please feel free to order as many shirts as you like through July 31. I love seeing them at appearances.

I’m really grateful for the relationship that I’ve had and continue to have with Pro Wrestling Tees. I appreciate all of you who understand and I understand that some of you won’t understand, and that’s okay too.

In the meantime, hope all as well and have a nice day.”

• Old School WWF Veteran Celebrates His Birthday

Old School WWF Veteran X-Pac (Real name: Sean Waltman) celebrates his 50th birthday today.

Waltman originally started to do televised jobs on WWF TV in 1993, using ringnames like “The Kamikaze Kid”, “The Cannonball Kid” or just simply “The Kid”, before getting an upset win over Razor Ramon on May 17, 1993, which resulted in him becoming “The 1-2-3 Kid”.

In September 1996, he jumped ship to Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling, where he became known as new nWo member “Syxx”, but eventually returned to the World Wrestling Federation the night after WrestleMania XIV.

Now known as X-Pac, Waltman was brought back to replace Shawn Michaels in D-Generation X, only Triple H took over as the leader of the faction.

X-Pac stayed with the company till August 2002 and later wrestled for Total Nonstop Action! (now known as iMPACT Wrestling) in 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006 & 2010.

In 2019, Sean was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, alongside other D-Generation X members Triple H, Chyna (†) & The New Age Outlaws.

Then in 2021, he was actually inducted a second time, as a member of the New World Order.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY 1-2-3 KID!
