• FOX Unhappy With The Urine Test Segment Between Jeff Hardy & Sheamus
Last Friday night on SmackDown, Sheamus asked Jeff Hardy to take a urine test before the contract signing for their match at Backlash.
However, things did not go well for The Celtic Warrior as Hardy threw the urine sample on his face.
FOX didn’t approve of the angle as it violated their standards, which is why they went to commercial during the segment. This was done for west coast viewers only.
The Wrestling Observer noted the following about it:
“It aired on the east coast but not on the west coast. FOX decreed that it violated their standards and practices so they threw a commercial in so we didn’t get to see it on the west coast. That’s what that was all about.”
