5. Full Shield Reunion Planned For Next Month’s TLC 2017 PPV

The next Raw exclusive PPV will be TLC 2017 and it will take place at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota on October 22. With Brock Lesnar & John Cena not working this PPV, WWE has planned a big thing to sell tickets for this PPV. A full Shield reunion, with the Raw Tag Team Champions Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose and “The Big Dog” Roman Reigns, is expected for TLC 2017. Intercontinental Champion The Miz even hinted at this during a backstage segment at No Mercy 2017 when he was talking with Kurt Angle about having Roman Reigns appear on MizTV on Raw. It should be noted that The Shield made their WWE in-ring debut at TLC 2012 (however that was a December PPV back then). You can watch the highlights from The Shield’s in-ring WWE debut below:

Speaking of TLC 2017, that PPV will also feature the WWE main roster debut of former NXT Women’s Champion Asuka. Below is the promo for her debut:
