• Gene Snitsky On If Something Seemed Wrong With Chris Benoit

During a recent interview with The Hannibal TV, former WWE wrestler Gene Snitsky was asked if something seemed wrong with Chris Benoit when he worked with him.

Below is what Snitsky said:

“No, Chris was great, man. I had some of my best matches with Chris, to be honest with you. When we were doing that little ECW thing with WWE, him and I had a long stretch where we wrestling on house shows, wrestling on TV, and like I said, some of my best matches were with him.

Honestly, to this day, I still think there’s more to it then what meets the eye. Because I knew Chris personally, and never in a million years would I have thought that would have happened, but you never know.

Obviously something happened, and I’m not an investigator by any means, or a criminologist but it’s very out of character if you ask me, someone who knew him personally and saw him every day, it’s nothing I would have ever expected happening.”
