• Glenn Jacobs Reveals If There Were Plans To Turn Kane “Green”
Old School WWF Legend Kane was interviewed on an episode of WWE’s The Bump, where he talked about the rumor of past plans to turn him fully green, instead of his famous red look.
This idea was rumored to be planed during the Attitude Era due to him teaming up with X-Pac, but was canceled eventually.
However, during the above mentioned interview, Glenn Jacobs stated that to his knowledge, there were never any plans to create a ‘Green Kane’.
Here’s what he had to say:
“There was never any green gear and there never will be a green gear. Kane’s red and black all the way man, and you know that was one thing that remained constant.
I think that switching, switching that’s the one thing they can’t sing right, and mask – no mask – back to mask, mask had to be person composing different person but the thing that was only gathered was the color skin and you know I think that, that would kind of undermine the character actually, you know so, that’s why I was deal.”
