7. Possibility of Goldberg Getting Heavily Booed Tonight At Survivor Series 2016
Tonight’s WWE Survivor Series 2016 will take place in the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It should be noted that there’s a slight chance that Goldberg could get heavily booed, while Brock Lesnar gets heavily cheered during their match.
There are two reasons for this:
– Brock Lesnar now lives in Canada.
– Goldberg accidentally ended Bret Hart’s career during WCW, and Bret was, is, and always will be a hero in Canada.
Shawn Michaels got booed for years in Canada because of him being part of the Montreal Screwjob at Survivor Series 1997, where Bret was screwed.
Speaking of Goldberg, he recently noted during an interview with TMZ Sports that he doesn’t care with Lesnar did to Randy Orton at SummerSlam 2016 and is wishing that Lesnar throws elbows at him. Below is what he said:
“I’ve been throwing elbows for the past 12 years at my muay thai gym. I hope he throws elbows at me. I’m completely serious.”
