• Goldberg On Which Match Needs To Happen
At WrestleMania 36, WWE Hall Of Famer Goldberg was scheduled to defend the Universal Championship against “The Big Dog” Roman Reigns.
However, the match didn’t take place.
During an interview with DAZN, Goldberg said that his match with The Tribal Chief needs to happen.
Here’s what the WCW Legend said:
“I want Roman bad. I want a piece of somebody from Georgia Tech. Like, I can taste it. The comparisons, the football background, I truly believe that’s a match that needs to happen.
Am I clamoring for it? Am I begging for it? Am I holding my breath for it? No, I do what my job asks me to do. I do what my boss asks me to do to the best of my ability.”
Goldberg will face Bobby Lashley for the WWE Championship in the co-main event of SummerSlam 2021 this Saturday night.
