• Hall Of Famer Released From WWE After 35 Years

Almost 2 weeks ago, WWE released over 45 on-screen employees and 100+ backstage employees to make budget cuts due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic.

One of the releases we didn’t know about till now was of WWE’s long-time employee, WWE Hall of Famer Gerald Brisco.

Dave Meltzer reported today that Brisco was also released a couple of weeks ago, but his name came out today because on-screen talents who were released were mentioned on WWE’s website only.

He had been working with the company since 1984, and was one of Vince McMahon’s closest advisors.
