• Hall Of Famer Tells Vince McMahon To Keep An Eye On UFC Champion
During a recent interview with TMZ, WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley noted that he told Vince McMahon in a meeting to keep an eye on the current UFC Women’s Featherweight Champion, Cris Cyborg.
Below is what Foley said:
“I had a meeting with Vince McMahon and I specifically told him, ‘keep your eye on this Cyborg-Nunes fight’. She’s gonna be larger than life, and I think she’d make a great WWE superstar down the line.”
Speaking of Cyborg, she’s scheduled to defend her Featherweight Championship (145 lbs) against the current UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion (135 lbs) Amanda Nunes (the woman who destroyed Ronda Rousey in under a minute) in a ‘Super Fight’ later this year (rumored to be on December 29 at the UFC 232 PPV).
