• “He’s a b*tch. He’s not a good dude” – AEW Wrestler On CM Punk
Last month on Dynamite, CM Punk went off-script and took a shot at multiple wrestlers, including Eddie Kingston.
Punk said Eddie Kingston is the 3rd best Eddie he’s ever faced and the 2nd best Kingston he’s shared a locker room with.
This led to Kingston tweeting the following:
“Of course the cunt says shit when I’m not there.”
During an interview on Busted Open Radio before the All Out PPV, Kingston had the following to say about Punk:
“That’s Phil’s MO, let’s just call it like it is. That’s Punk’s MO. My man has a Punk shirt there, God bless you, I’m happy you’re a fan of his. I’m not. He’s a b*tch, but God bless.
You can like a b*tch, I don’t. I’m joking, it’s all good. I understand he’s a Chicago guy, I get it. Doesn’t mean I want to wrestle him. Punk’s not a good dude, I can’t care what he says.
Of course he’s going to talk trash when I’m not there. Of course he’s going to talk trash when the boss is in the way. I just think he likes me and he can’t get over it. Maybe Phillip wants to be like me. Maybe Phillip wants to be loved like me, I don’t know.
People think a lot of the stuff that I do is a work, or whatever they want to call it, because everybody likes using insider terms and be in the know.
I’ll give it to you plain and simple. I don’t like (Chris) Jericho, I don’t like Bryan (Danielson), I don’t like Claudio (Castagnoli), I don’t like Punk.
Those are the people I don’t like in this company. There is nothing you can say or do or tell me that makes them different to me. I know who they are.”
Punk faced off against Kingston at the AEW Full Gear 2021 pay-per-view, where Punk picked up the win.

• Old School WWF Veteran Would Have Celebrated His Birthday
Today would have been the 65th birthday of Old School WWF Veteran Corporal Kirchner (Real name: Michael Kirchner).
He wrestled for the World Wrestling Federation from 1985 till 1987, before taking the character to Bruce Hart’s ‘Calgary Stampede Wrestling’ territory.
Later on Corporal Kirchner went to Japan and competed as Leatherface, a gimmick similar to the serial killer from the horror movies ‘Texas Chainsaw Massacre’.
