• Highest Paid Wrestler On The Current WWE Roster Revealed

According to the Wrestling Observer, there are 9 wrestlers on the current WWE roster that make well over $5 million a year, with the highest paid WWE Superstar being Roman Reigns. As per previous reports, The OTC reportedly makes $15–20 million annually (which includes everything: merch pay, video game pay, PLE bonus, Saudi Arabia bonus). The Observer previously reported that rumors of TKO discussing a pay cut for Reigns are false. Internally, top WWE officials have credited Roman’s Bloodline storyline for WWE’s ongoing financial boom period.

The above statistic of 9 WWE names making well over $5 million per year doesn’t involve The Rock. For his work in WWE in 2024, Dwayne Johnson received $900,000 in royalties and $2.6 million in travel reimbursements. These payments are tied to a broader agreement finalized earlier that year.

Also, as we reported in April 2024, The Rock secured nearly 97,000 shares of TKO stock for having a match at WrestleMania 40, which were valued at over $9 million at that time.

In total, The Rock received $12.5 million from TKO/WWE in 2024.

• WWF Veteran Claims Hulk Hogan Refused To Meet Disabled Child For Being Late

Former WWF Superstar Paul Roma is ready to settle an old score, with fists. On a recent episode of the Power and Glory podcast, Roma directly challenged 2-time WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan to step into the octagon with him.

“I think he’s got a couple years on me, maybe two,” Roma said. “But I’d love to get him in the octagon and put a little ‘Paul Roma hurtin’ on him. I’m talking about none other than… brother! Hulk Hogan. I’m going to slap the taste of ‘brother’ out of his mouth.”

Roma is no stranger to combat sports. He was once a professional boxer before his wrestling days. His issue with Hogan, he said, goes beyond the ring. According to Paul, the tension dates back to an incident involving Hogan reportedly refusing to meet a disabled child at a fan event.

“I’m willing to do it. I’m 66 years old, man. Let’s have at it. I’m ready to go,” Roma said. “I’ll take an a$$ beating if he thinks he can give me one. Let’s go!”

The challenge wasn’t just bravado. Paul insisted he doesn’t need much, just an answer. “I can’t force somebody that’s afraid to go in the squared circle with me,” he continued. “So at least let him be man enough to give me a response. Yay or nay is fine. It doesn’t have to be long. It doesn’t have to be sweet. You don’t have to send me a nice basket of fruit to sweeten me up.”

Roma added one last message for Hogan: “It’s okay Hulk. It’s okay. Just say you don’t want any part of me and it’s all good. You go about your business, and I go about mine and leave it right where it is.”

Roma recalled the story of Hogan allegedly refusing to meet a disabled child:

“We did a little meet and greet with these kids, handicap kids that aren’t in such great shape. And then there was another kid that I don’t want to say they forgot about, but he came in kind of late and they pretty much wheeled them in on a bed. And they went in and told Hogan, ‘Hey, can you, you know, come on, there’s another kid.’ And he threw his hands up and got a little p*ssy about it and said, ‘I’m not getting paid for this,’ and made a comment like that. And I overheard it.

And I was like, ‘Are you kidding me, dude? Did I really just hear what I heard? Because I have respect for you. And I liked you as a person. Now you have no respect coming from me. And I bought one to whoop your a$$ right now. The only problem is, like A, anything, if I do, I’m out of a job, and B, you’re out of a job, and I’m getting sued because I cost you your career.’”
