It was broadcasted from the Charlotte Coliseum in Charlotte, North Carolina and featured matches, interviews & storyline segments on the road to the ‘WWF Fully Loaded 1999’ PPV.
This show featured the highest rated RAW segment of all time, where “Stone Cold” Steve Austin defeated The Undertaker to win the WWF Championship.
This segment drew an astounding 9.5 rating (10.72 million viewers)!!! In comparison to today, RAW struggles to get 2 million viewers in US in 2020.
