Newly filed court documents released by US Magazine reveal details of the late Hulk Hogan’s estate, including assets worth nearly $5 million and the decision to exclude his daughter, Brooke Hogan, from the list of beneficiaries.
On September 9, Hogan’s son Nick Hogan petitioned to serve as co-personal representative of the estate alongside family associate Terry McCoy. The paperwork disclosed that Hulk executed a will in 2016 and amended it multiple times in 2017, 2021, 2022, and most recently in July 2023.
The documents list Nick as the sole beneficiary, while Hogan’s widow, Melanie Sky Daily, is recognized as the surviving spouse. Brooke was not named. Sources told TMZ that Brooke had previously requested to be removed from her father’s will, stating she did not wish to inherit money from him.
The filings outline Hulk Hogan’s reported assets, which include:
– $200,000 in cryptocurrency
– $799,000 in personal and intellectual property
– $4 million in publicity rights
– An unvalued medical malpractice lawsuit tied to his medical care
Notably, Hogan’s real estate holdings – two Clearwater Beach, Florida homes valued at approximately $11 million – were not listed. These properties may be held in trusts or LLCs separate from the estate filing.
Nick Hogan also referenced his lawsuit against Bubba the Love Sponge, filed September 2 in federal court. The estate claims Bubba’s documentary infringes on Hulk’s copyrights and trademarks, as it intends to revisit the scandal involving Hogan’s $ex tape with Bubba’s then-wife.
To manage the case, Nick requested that McCoy be formally appointed as curator of the estate, a motion approved by the court.
Bubba has pushed back publicly, stating: “I don’t own any of it. They’re suing the wrong people. Did you watch it? Do you realize your father is not portrayed in a bad light at all?”
The filings also note that Hogan’s widow intends to pursue a medical malpractice lawsuit. Hogan underwent neck surgery in May, and Daily has alleged that the procedure was mishandled, contributing to his decline before his death.
