Below are some top WWE & AEW news stories of the day:

– Bray Wyatt (son of WWF Legend IRS / Mike Rotunda) passed away at the age of 36 last week.

2-Time WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash wrote the following about this on Instagram:

“My heart goes out to the family of Bray Wyatt who passed of what appears to be a cardiac arrest.

To my longtime friend Mike Rotunda I know your pain too well. Fantastic talent and better human being. Terry (Funk) yesterday and Bray today. I’m still numb from Scott (Hall) and my son.”

2022 was a rough year for Nash. He lost his best friend Scott Hall (aka Razor Ramon) on March 14th and then Nash’s 26-year-old son Tristen passed away on October 20th.

– Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns completes 3 years as champion today.

Sadly, today also marks 3 years since the end of Bray Wyatt’s final title reign.

On August 30th 2020, in the main event of the WWE Payback pay-per-view, Reigns defeated Braun Strowman and The Fiend in a Triple Threat Match to win the Universal Championship. Roman pinned Strowman to win this match.

Reigns would later win the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 38 in 2022, thus becoming the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.

– Monday’s WWE RAW drew 1.68 million viewers with a 0.51 rating in the 18-49 demo, which is up from last week’s 1.59 million viewers with a 0.50 rating.
