Injured WWE Star Spotted In Detroit Before SummerSlam

– Former WWE United States Champion Robert Roode has been out of action for more than a year. He last wrestled on the June 25th 2022 WWE Live Event, where he lost to Omos.

The Glorious One underwent a surgery to fuse his C5 and C6 vertebrae last year. After that, he also underwent another surgery to fuse his C4 and C5 vertebrae.

According to PWInsider, Roode has been spotted in Detroit, Michigan just two days before SummerSlam.

There’s no word on if he’ll make an appearance at the event or if he’s even cleared to wrestle. There’s a possibility that he could participant in the SummerSlam Battle Royal.

– Hikaru Shida defeated Toni Storm in the main event of last night’s 200th episode of Dynamite to win the AEW Women’s World Championship for the second time in her career.

Shida tweeted the following about her big win:

I felt it was all dream for a moment after woke up, but no it’s not.
