– Interesting Stat About Jinder Mahal & Baron Corbin After The Money In The Bank Cash-In Match On SmackDown Live
As seen on this week’s episode of SmackDown Live, “The Lone Wolf” Baron Corbin interfered in the Jinder Mahal vs. John Cena main event match on SmackDown Live to prevent Cena from defeating Mahal. After the match, Corbin cashed-in his Money In The Bank contract, but was unable to win the match and capture the WWE Championship.
With this loss, Corbin became the only third man in WWE history to cash-in the Money in the Bank contract and lose (the other two men being John Cena & Damien Sandow). Also, Jinder Mahal defeating Baron Corbin to retain the WWE Championship became Mahal’s first clean WWE Title defense on TV. You can watch it below:
