WWE Hall of Famer JBL has been making surprise appearances at various independent wrestling events, sparking speculation about a potential debut in AEW.
Recently, JBL addressed the possibility during a Q&A session on Sportskeeda Wrestling, where he expressed loyalty to WWE but left the door open for future opportunities.
“I’ve always been a lifelong WWE guy.
I’ve always been loyal to WWE so probably not.
But you know as I say you never say never,” JBL said, hinting that an AEW debut, while unlikely, is not entirely off the table.
JBL’s recent appearances include AAA’s Triplemania, GCW’s Homecoming event, Ohio Valley Wrestling, and a return to TNA.
Although Jim Ross believes JBL could bring memorable moments to AEW, whether he will actually appear remains uncertain.
