• Jim Ross Diagnosed With Cancer
WWE Hall of Famer and current AEW commentator Jim Ross just announced the following:
“Diagnosed this week with colon cancer.
Surgery being scheduled in the next week or two.
I appreciate your concern and support.”
In 2021, Good Ol’ JR was diagnosed with skin cancer and successfully beat it.

• WWE Didn’t Like That Karrion Kross Got Over On His Own, Says Released Wrestler
Karrion Kross has been gaining momentum in WWE thanks to his character work. But fans were quick to notice his absence from the May 12 episode of RAW, and some questioned why one of the top merch sellers wasn’t featured.
A fan on Twitter called out WWE, writing, “So the #1 WWE T-shirt seller gets ZERO time on RAW tonight??? TICK TOK, WWE. #WWERaw”
Former WWE star Baron Corbin responded by backing Kross and pointing the finger at WWE’s system. “They don’t like it when you get over on your own!” Corbin tweeted.
Another fan pushed back on Corbin’s comment, suggesting that wrestlers who act bitter after leaving WWE weren’t actually successful on their own. The fan mentioned Matt Cardona aka Zack Ryder as someone who proved his value after WWE, tweeting:
“No offense but all you who act bitter, will never be bigger than your time there as you needed their name and push. If you truly got yourself over while there, then show us NOW like Matt Cardona is doing and we’ll take you seriously. Otherwise you’re just another BIG GUY…”
Corbin fired back and clarified that his tweet wasn’t about himself. “You idiots hurt my head. My tweet has nothing to do with me!!! I loved my time there. I was never held down or anything. I loved every day. I’m talking about Kross. He’s busting his a$$ on his own. They don’t always like that. Hopefully HHH does. It’s different now.”
Corbin made it clear that he believes Kross deserves credit for getting over on his own, and hopes WWE leadership, especially Triple H, takes notice.
