– WWE Hall of Famer Jimmy Snuka has been diagnosed with stomach cancer. Snuka’s wife revealed to Bill Apter that he is battling Stomach Cancer, and underwent surgery to have the cancer removed.
The cancer involved Snuka having part of his stomach and lymph nodes removed. Although doctors told him the surgery was a complete success, he does have a long way to go. Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka was inducted into the WWF Hall of Fame in 1996.
– WWE Hall of Famer “Rowdy” Roddy Piper will be laid to rest in Portland, Oregon on Wednesday, August 12th. As this day follows a SmackDown taping, the services are likely being delayed so those who work for the company can attend.
