• Joey Ryan Files 3rd Lawsuit Against An Accuser, Says Violence Was Encouraged Against Him

Earlier this week, former IMPACT Wrestling star Joey Ryan filed two lawsuits against different women for accusing him of sexual harassment. He said that the allegations against him were false and caused him huge financial damage.

PWInsider is reporting that Ryan has now filed a third lawsuit against a woman based in Canada in the United States District and Central Court of California.

Just like the previous two lawsuits, he claims in this one as well that he lost income from live event bookings, merchandise, Twitch, Cameo and Patreon due to these accusation against him.

He accused the woman based in Canada and former WWE developmental talent, Ryan Nemeth, for encouraging violence against him. Nemeth wasn’t named a defendant in the lawsuit however.

The lawsuit noted the following:

“On information and belief, both [name deleted] Defamatory Statement and Nemeth’s response are available to view by any person interested or who happens upon [deleted]’s Twitter timeline.

Also, no statement retracting [name deleted] Defamatory Statement or denouncing Nemeth’s statement has been made by [deleted.] In fact, more threats of violence upon Plaintiff in social networking sites have been made directly or indirectly to Plaintiff.”

Ryan has requested a jury trial and is seeking $200,000 per month in economic damages, which started from 21st June, 2020, according to him. He’s also seeking $5,000,000 in non-economic damages from the woman in Canada.
