• John Cena Acknowledges Roman Reigns
As we reported recently, Roman Reigns’ merchandise sales have increased even more with his new heel character, and he has set an all-time merchandise sales record for heel wrestlers in the company.
Even before he turned heel, Reigns was the #1 merch seller in the company despite the mixed reaction to his babyface run. While he’s still the #1 merch seller in WWE, his sales have now reached John Cena’s level, and WWE Officials are impressed to see that a despised heel character (Reigns) managed to reach the merch sales of a superhero character to the kids (Cena).
John Cena, who was defeated by Reigns in the main event of SummerSlam 2021, has “acknowledged” Reigns by posting the screenshot of an article headline that reads the following:
“Roman Reigns Is Reportedly The Most Popular Villain In WWE History”
