• WWE Legend John Cena has successfully transitioned into Hollywood, showcasing his charisma and talent in movies like The Suicide Squad, Peacemaker, and the Fast & Furious series.
This fall, Cena will make a new appearance in the season 36 premiere of The Simpsons. The episode, titled “Bart’s Birthday,” will feature Cena alongside stars like Danny DeVito and Tom Hanks. Veteran writer Conan O’Brien will also return for this episode.
The new season, led by showrunners Matt Groening and Matt Selman, is set to premiere on Fox on Sunday, September 8th. Selman has described the premiere as a “crazy, star-studded” event with a “bold, big idea”.
John Cena will retire from WWE next year.

• MVP made a surprise appearance at Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport XI event last night. He announced that his WWE contract is nearing its end and confirmed he won’t be returning to the company:
“My contract with a company who I won’t mention right now is about to expire, and I’m not going back, Josh. I’m not ready to retire yet!”
MVP challenges Barnett to face him at a future Bloodsport show. Barnett accepted and invited MVP to bring anyone else he might know to Bloodsport with him.
