• Kane Issues Stern Warning To The Rock About The Future

Kane aka Glenn Jacobs believes Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson would be better served staying out of politics, despite years of speculation surrounding a potential run for public office.

Speaking on the Going Ringside podcast, the WWE Hall of Famer addressed the ongoing conversation about The Rock possibly entering politics. Jacobs, who currently serves as Mayor of Knox County, Tennessee, said his view is shaped by direct experience rather than theory.

Jacobs described today’s political climate as highly divisive, arguing that Johnson’s broad appeal is precisely what would be put at risk. He noted that Johnson is widely liked across political lines as an entertainer and public figure, something that would almost certainly change the moment he took a clear political position.

According to Jacobs, politics leaves little room for neutrality. He said that regardless of what someone says or believes, roughly half the audience is inclined to oppose it on principle alone, a reality he has personally encountered since entering public office.

While Johnson has previously entertained the idea of running for office and has even appeared in national polling related to a hypothetical presidential campaign, Jacobs warned that fame offers no insulation from political backlash. He said the transition would likely result in immediate and unavoidable alienation of a significant portion of The Rock’s fanbase.

Jacobs added that public service does not have to involve campaigning or elected office. He pointed to philanthropy and behind-the-scenes political involvement as meaningful alternatives that allow influential figures to contribute without stepping into the public crossfire of partisan politics.

The Big Red Machine reiterated that popularity does not translate into universal approval in government, emphasizing that even someone as globally recognized as The Rock would quickly find himself in a far more contentious and uncomfortable position.

• Released WWE Star Is Feuding With Instagram

Shotzi Blackheart says moving on from WWE has been straightforward everywhere except on social media.

Speaking on the Muscle Memory podcast, Shotzi explained that she has been unable to update her Instagram handle since leaving WWE, despite repeated attempts. Instagram remains her primary platform, but her username still includes “WWE,” something she says is completely out of her control.

Shotzi said the platform has refused to approve the change, leaving her stuck with a handle that no longer reflects where she is in her career.

She said she’s feuding with Instagram and described the situation as an ongoing frustration, noting that she posts regularly and wants her online identity to match her current work on the independent scene.

Shotzi recently defeated Indi Hartwell to win the House of Glory Women’s Championship.
