• Kane Not Returning To WWE

As we noted before, WWE announced that Old School WWF Legend Kane (who is the Mayor of Knox County) will return to the ring during August 23rd and 24th Live Events in Bossier City, LA and Lafayette, LA respectively.

Kane’s opponent was advertised to be “The Monster Among Men” Braun Strowman.

However, Kane is not going to return.

Rob Link (Director of Communications of Knox County Office) informed 10 News in Knoxville that Kane isn’t returning to compete in WWE and that Kane’s advertised return was a mistake.

Kane was last seen in action at WWE Crown Jewel 2018 PPV, where he teamed up with The Undertaker in a losing effort to D-Generation X (Triple H & Shawn Michaels).

Speaking of Kane, he’s currently rumored to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame next year.
