We are saddened to announce that Old School WCW Legend Kevin Sullivan has passed away at the age of 74.
Florida wrestling personality Barry Rose, who was a long-time friend of Sullivan, confirmed this sad news with the following statement:
“With the heaviest of hearts, we are devastated to have to report the passing of the legendary Kevin Sullivan. May he RIP and his family, friends and fans find comfort in how much he was loved.”
Sullivan was dealing with multiple health issues before passing away.
On May 12th, while in Florida for autograph signings, Kevin suffered a devastating accident. He underwent emergency surgery that saved his leg and life but faced severe complications, including sepsis and encephalitis.
