• Kurt Angle Reveals Which WWF Legend He Used To Fear
During a recent episode of his weekly ‘The Kurt Angle Show’ podcast, the Olympic Gold Medalist revealed that he feared The Undertaker while working with him.
Here’s what Kurt had to say:
“Taker was great to work with. He was easy to get along with. You liked him and feared him at the same time. He just had this way about him that he was cool, calm and collected, but if you stepped out of line, he was going to do something.
He literally choked me out on a plane once when I was wrestling Vince McMahon. So, you don’t want to mess with The Undertaker.”
Kurt Angle and The Undertaker wrestled each other many times, including legendary matches at Fully Loaded 2000, Survivor Series 2000 and No Way Out 2006.

• On This Day In Pro Wrestling History (August 30, 1993) – WWF SummerSlam 1993
On this day in Pro Wrestling history on August 30, 1993, the World Wrestling Federation aired ‘WWF SummerSlam 1993’ LIVE on PPV from the The Palace of Auburn Hills in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
The pay-per-view was originally supposed to be main evented by Hulk Hogan defending the WWF World Heavyweight Championship against Bret “The Hitman” Hart, but Hogan retired from Professional Wrestling to concentrate on filming the TV-series ‘Thunder in Paradise’ instead, so he dropped the Title back to Yokozuna at the previous PPV (King of the Ring 1993) and the World Wrestling Federation turned “The Narcissist” Lex Luger babyface, presenting him as an All American Superhero, in an attempt to build up the next ‘Hulk Hogan’. Needless to say, we all remember how that worked out.
