Kurt Angle Talks About Working For Vince McMahon & Why He Left WWE

Kurt Angle as the WWF Euro-Continental Champion

During a recent appearance on 105.7 The Point, former WWF Champion Kurt Angel talked about his time in WWE, working for Vince McMahon, leaving WWE & more.

Below is what Kurt Angle had to say about leaving WWE:

“It’s tough. If you’re going to be his guy, and I was for 4-5 years, he expects a lot out of you. That’s the reason I left. We’re talking over 300 days a year. He wanted me to continue to go full time and I couldn’t. I literally broke my neck four times in a two and a half year span, and I just kept rushing back for him.”

Speaking of Kurt Angle, Angle made an appearance at Bellator 145 and teased that he might fight Ken Shamrock next year if Shamrock is able to defeat Royce Gracie at Bellator 149. Below is what Angle said:
“I’m not gonna tease everybody but there’s a possibility. We’ll see… but I’m getting my feet wet here in Bellator and having a good time. I’m gonna sit back for once in my life, relax and watch and eventually I’ll make that decision.”
