Below are the results from tonight’s post-Crown Jewel episode of SmackDown so far:
– Rey Mysterio kicked off tonight’s SmackDown and said Logan Paul wouldn’t have beaten him without brass knuckles and he wants a rematch for the United States Championship. Carlito came out and said fans want to see him as the US Champion. Carlito then said Rey should blame Santos Escobar for his loss, as Santos is the one that left the brass knuckles on the ring apron for Logan to use.
Carlito and Santos almost went at it, but other LWO members separated them. Santos then left the ring in anger.
– Bobby Lashley def. Carlito
Lashley and The Street Profits attacked Carlito after the match and Santos Escobar refused to help Carlito. Rey Mysterio came out with a Steel Chair and the heels left. Rey and Santos had an argument and Rey said we are a family, as he wants to keep everyone on the same page. Santos then attacked Rey and turned heel.
– Cathy Kelley questioned Santos Escobar why he attacked Rey Mysterio. Santos said Rey had it coming.
– Bayley wasn’t happy with WWE Women’s Champion IYO SKY bringing Kairi Sane back. Bayley showed footage of her attacking Kairi in 2020. IYO said she brought Kairi back to make Damage CTRL stronger. Bianca Belair, Charlotte Flair & Asuka confronted them and will face them tonight in a 6-woman tag team match. Bayley shook hands with Kairi.
– Dragon Lee def. Cedric Alexander
– LA Knight said he had Roman Reigns beat, but Jimmy Uso robbed him. LA said Roman should give Jimmy a raise, because he’d be the WWE Champion right now if it wasn’t for Jimmy. LA said he’s not done with The Bloodline until he owns Roman Reigns and he owns the WWE Championship.
Grayson Waller interrupted and LA called him a Kangaroo Jacka$$. Grayson questioned if LA really thinks he belongs in the ring with Roman Reigns. LA said the ‘Grayson Waller Effect’ sounds like an STD. LA questioned if Grayson really asked him that because Waller got dropped by a Saudi actor at Crown Jewel. LA punched Grayson and threw him out of the ring.
