The Wrestling Observer reported that WWE was nervous about getting sued by the fan over this incident.

Austin appeared on The Ariel Helwani Show and revealed what went wrong:

“Long story short, just a different throttle system because I’m pretty damn handy on a four wheeler.

I was embarrassed about it. I think everybody’s OK, but I mean, you go out there on the biggest night in wrestling, and you end up like that, it’s not the greatest day at the office.”

Sean Ross Sapp gave the latest update on this situation:

“I was told that we would likely not hear anything about that again unless a lawsuit is filed. Assuming WWE took care of the situation, it would almost certainly come with a non-disclosure (agreement).

If they provided her any sort of monetary or benefit as a result of that situation, they almost certainly would have mandated an NDA.”

• Possible Date For John Cena vs. CM Punk For The WWE Championship

WWE is advertising Undisputed Champion John Cena to appear on the June 9th episode of Monday Night RAW in Phoenix, Arizona, which will be the post-Money In The Bank episode.

Speculation is growing about a potential feud between John Cena and CM Punk for the WWE Championship. While there is no official confirmation, the timing of Cena’s RAW appearance and what Punk posted after Backlash suggest that a confrontation could occur, possibly setting the stage for a high-profile match at a future event.
