Former WWE star Layla, who had a successful career from 2006 to 2015, recently discussed the possibility of returning to WWE, specifically for the Royal Rumble.
In a conversation on the They made their way to the ring podcast, Layla admitted that in the past she was certain she didn’t want to return, feeling her time with the company was over.
Despite receiving an invitation in 2021, she was unable to make it.
Now, Layla is more open to the idea, expressing interest in reconnecting with fans and revisiting her past in WWE.
She explained, “In the past, it was no.
I wasn’t, I was done.
It was over for me.
I was invited back in 2021 but I couldn’t go, so it didn’t work out, but honestly, I would like to go back, yeah… I think I would like to do that before I get too old.
I don’t wanna get hurt but one thing, why not?
I’d like to go down memory lane.”
