List Of Big Plans That Got Cancelled In WWE In 2020

Roman Reigns Pulls Out Of WrestleMania 36 Match Against Goldberg

2. First Ever 3-Branded Superstar Shakeup

WWE RAW NXT SmackDown

The WWE Superstar Shakeup became a trend after each year’s WrestleMania over the past couple of years. The company came up with the concept back in 2017, and continued with it until 2019. However, no Shakeup has been announced so far in 2020.

It was reported by Tom Colohue in January that this year’s Superstar Shakeup would be different from the previous ones. Potentially, every wrestler on the WWE roster could’ve been involved. Previously, WWE only included wrestlers from RAW and SmackDown in it.

This year, it was rumored that NXT would also take part in it. However, WWE ended up not having it at all this year.

It may have been postponed due to the ongoing problems, or maybe it was just cancelled this year due to the Draft taking place last October.

WWE is just randomly calling up wrestlers from NXT (Matt Riddle to SmackDown) and trading wrestlers to various brands (AJ Styles to SmackDown in return for a wrestler being sent to RAW in the future).
