4. Mike Kanellis
Mike Bennett (fka as Mike Kanellis) was released from WWE during the budget cuts in April. He wasn’t happy with how WWE treated him and released him during the pandemic.
Kanellis hasn’t signed a deal with any other promotion yet, which is why he could re-sign with WWE, as he was working under a 5-year contract with good money. WWE did reportedly offer to rehire some talents on a lower pay, so he may turn out to be one of them.
He tweeted the following about Shane McMahon’s appearance on RAW:
“I get that. I view using Shane in that spot as no different than having a celebrity at your stores grand opening. You have an established name draw attention to something new, then hope the new concept will keep people engaged.”

He could also be a part of the faction and protest against the fact that WWE never gave him a proper chance to prove himself, and wants “retribution”.
