1. Rusev

Miro (fka Rusev) was another wrestler released by WWE during the budget cuts in April. He surely would be a shocking addition to the new faction on RAW.
Before RAW, Rusev expressed his displeasure in a tweet about WWE using Shane McMahon on the show.
““We want to build new talent”. Shane is back! Sums it up.”

Rusev could turn out to be a leading member of the faction and possibly show up on RAW Underground to take out Shane McMahon and shut down his show.
His wife, Lana, is in WWE, so the bridges for his return are already built. In addition, he hasn’t signed anywhere yet and may also be working fans with his comments about him being done with pro-wrestling.
