• Major Update On Bray Wyatt’s WWE Status
Bray Wyatt made his long-awaited return to the WWE at the Extreme Rules 2022 premium live event this past Saturday.
He came out at the end of the show and teased a new gimmick.
A vignette for him aired on Monday’s RAW, where he said the following:
“I used to think that the prison inside my head was the only place that I could ever truly be free. Revel in what you are.”
It was then announced that he will appear on this Friday’s SmackDown.
According to PWInsider, Wyatt will be a member of the blue brand moving forward.
WWE was dealing with an issue of lack of credible babyface challengers for Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns on the blue brand, with Drew McIntyre being the only top babyface on SmackDown a few months back.
Now, you can add Wyatt, Braun Strowman & Sheamus (who recently turned babyface) to that list.
