• Matt Hardy Reacts To Reports Of WWE Changing Jeff Hardy’s Signature Move Because Of Him

Former WWE Champion Jeff Hardy returned to action on this week’s SmackDown and defeated King Corbin.

During the match, Hardy’s signature move “Twist of Fate” was renamed to “Twist of Fury” and it was also a little different from the original move.

According to PWInsider, this change was made because Matt Hardy owns the trademark for “Twist Of Fate”:

“Jeff Hardy’s Twist of Fate was called The Twist of Fury on SmackDown by Michael Cole on commentary as Matt Hardy has exited the company and owns the trademark on that term.”

Matt Hardy had the following to say about this on Twitter:

“I DID NOT. The WWE & Jeff are completely free to use ‘Twist of Fat’. The change 100% came on their end.

I wouldn’t ever do anything to hinder my brother. I’m thrilled to see him back on WWE TV, looking healthy & happy.”
