• Matt Hardy Takes Credit For Undertaker – AJ Styles Boneyard Match At WrestleMania 36

WWE put on an epic main event on Night 1 of WrestleMania 36 with The Undertaker and AJ Styles facing each other in a Boneyard match.

Fans gave credit to former WWE Superstar & current AEW wrestler Matt Hardy for the Boneyard match, as it was similar to his Final Deletion match.

Below is what Matt tweeted about this:

“My twitter feed exploded.

Thanks for all the love, folks.. I’m truly honored. Cinematic matches 100% work with the right characters, scenario & fanbase – I envisioned them as a new branch of pro wrestling years ago.

Much like TLC did, The #BROKEN Universe will leave its mark.

Also have to acknowledge the brilliance of @JeremyBorash & @paredysexoxo, who I worked with to create the original Cinematic DELETION matches in 2016. They are both visionaries. After watching the #BoneyardMatch, which was excellent, I can clearly see their influence on it.”
