• Mick Foley Makes A Prediction About Sable Despite Strict WWE Rule About Her

During a virtual signing for The Asylum Wrestling Store in March 2022, WWE Hall Of Famer Torrie Wilson revealed that Sable can’t be mentioned on LIVE WWE programming anymore.

Torrie wanted to mention Sable during her Hall Of Fame speech in 2019. She had Sable’s name in her speech during the rehearsals backstage, but WWE Officials told her to remove Sable.

Below is what Torrie said:

“You’re not even allowed to mention her name on…she was — I mentioned her name in my Hall of Fame speech and right before, they told me, ‘Oh, by the way, you’re not allowed to mention her name.

Good luck seeing her. You’re gonna have to go up Timbuktu in Minnesota (to get Sable’s autograph).”

Despite this strict rule about Sable, Mick Foley went on to say that Sable is going to get inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame one day.

Below is what Foley said on his podcast:

“Sable undoubtedly deserves to be in the Hall of Fame. I think it’s just a matter of when and not if, but definitely, she was one of the most over women of her generation.”

Sable first showed up on WWF TV in 1996 and became her then real-life husband ‘Wildman’ Marc Mero’s valet, but would later wrestle on her own and even became the WWF Women’s Champion.

She left the company in 1999 but returned in 2003, which is when she fell in love with Brock Lesnar behind the scenes and eventually ended up leaving Mero and marrying Brock, who till this day prefers to keep her away from WWE and the public (except for his UFC fights).
